Absolute crooks. First they didn't have the phones and then they did. Strangely enough, once they'd been instructed that they'd have to settle in full with me and claim back from Royal Mail.
Then they're really busy and their technicians have to check the phones over. Then the usual, the phones don't work fully.
Then, a revised payment is on it's way. But of course it isn't. 8 weeks later still waiting
Wish I'd gone for someone offering a lower sum but with not as much hassle
