I ordered a new phone, was promised delivery next day, arrived after 3 days. Customer service goes like this - you send 5 emails, lucky if you hear once. Call them 10 times, you will be lucky if they pick up even once. They promised me an invoice; after much communication, they sent me a piece of paper, with no company reg, no VAT reg, yet they charged VAT. Have been asking them for VAT reg for over 10 days, simply no response. I have decided to report this to VAT authorities. The receipt they sent me is worthless - even Samsung would not accept it as proof of purchase. I think they are running a scam.
