Brilliant experience with a company who are clearly well versed in running their enterprise to an excellent standard. My phone arrived the next day, as promised; the phone was a Nokia Lumia 640 LTE. I had previously ordered from another supplier, Amazon, at £30 more, + delivery costs. I returned it to Amazon as it was NOT the LTE/4G version, but an earlier, outdated model. Kudos to FoneGiant for supplying a brand new, better specified phone for £30+ less AND with free delivery AND with warm and friendly customer service on my follow-up questions on usage of the phone. I would not hesitate to recommend to anyone, the services and products of FoneGiant and expect that they will be the next big name in the communications industry, because service and value of this calibre, are rarely experienced today [especially in online transactions].
