After emailing the company about one of the phones on the website and getting an instant response, I bought one of the phones I had been looking at. The phone had been described as grade B... however, when I received the phone - the next day no less, it was in original packaging and looked to me pretty much brand new - no marks that I could see at all. The phone is excellent and I've saved well over £100 than if I'd bought new. Great service, would definitely recommend. I will never buy a new phone again!
