Ordered an unlocked used phone which was described as "in good condition". When the phone arrived, it wasn't - it was in excellent condition and I still cannot find any scratches or nicks! The only difference between the phone I bought and a new one, was my phone didn't arrive in a box so I was very pleased. I ordered the phone at 2pm and it arrived the next day with Royal Mail at 9.30am (using the Tracking no provided, I saw the phone was posted just after 4pm). It was wrapped in bubble wrap and included a brand new USB cable with socket charger. I plugged in my memory card and SIM and my phone was up and running in less than 10mins. Very, very pleased with my purchase - fantastic value. The phone was released to the public only 2 years ago and I got it for a third of the price of a new one for a phone in perfect condition. I'll be considering buying my next phone again, and will be recommending Fonegiant to all my friends and family.
