The phone I ordered arrived next day as promised, was exactly as described, almost fully charged & best of all was upgraded to an unlocked model at no extra cost. Fonegiant is simply (in my opinion) the best company on the web to buy a refurbished phone from. I've replaced my kid's broken phones & upgraded mine & my wife's recently. I'll never buy a brand new phone ever again, as the savings to be had here by comparison are superb.
