Phone arrived a few days late but I think this was due to the Xmas post. The phone should have been unlocked but arrived locked to EE. Fone giant was contacted by phone and the unlock code was emailed by to me by end of day. Apologies were given and quick friendly result from their service dept. Phone came with a brand new charger and original box
