What a difference Food Alert has made to the running of our business! From our initial meeting with Nick, our online session with Jose, right through to the on site set up support by Ashley, everything was made so easy and was thoroughly explained. The online seminars are well worth attending which demonstrate how everything works and how to upload information, and being able to ask questions throughout was very helpful. We are a small business and did worry about the cost at first, however, when you work it out as a daily cost, it is minimal really, we are now really happy and less stressed, that we have the peace of mind that we are compliant in every aspect of our food safety and health & safety systems. Food Alert has changed the way we operate for the better!
