John was very helpful with our first visit as a new brand, we have worked with him before under a different brand and he's always been friendly and knowledgeable. He came in and knowing he's worked with the team before was very respectful and ensured we were set for the difference ways of working under the new brand. Gave us coaching where needed and advice to help improve.
