Avoid Jumia at all costs. I have had several very poor experiences with their delivery service and even worse service from their online/resolution team. A 53 minute delivery time turned into a 1hr 50 min delivery with the food freezing cold and the order incorrect. "The resolution team will call you back" said the online chat agent......I am still waiting. Look for all alternatives to Jumia, you cannot be that hungry!!
