I purchased a pair of new ladies sandals ftom the Ziera range on the 18th October. I wore them once to a function and was left with bleeding toes. I took them back the following Sunday and Susan looked after me. She was so helpful and empathetic. She organised the refund and purchase of my silver linings sandals. I spoke with the store Manager who was so lovely and she even had the new pair delivered to my home within 2 days! Way to go footgear!! excellent customer service.
