Recently ordered some cards which were delayed by Royal Mail. Contacted Footy Cards by email, received a speedy reply and an offer to replace if cards hadn't arrived within a couple of days. When cards again did not arrive, Footy Cards apologised (even though not their fault) and sent a full set of replacements plus extra cards for our inconvenience.
Was very grateful to them and appreciated little extra touches.
Definitely recommended!
