All good till you need to make a claim then its horrendous, Tried to send me an hours drive just to get photo's. Has the car over 3 weeks now and damaged my wheels
8 Weeks for a complaint to get dealt with
Say they will ring you then don't
charge excess when non fault
pass you from department to department to avoid having to do anything
I have toilet paper worth more than my insurance document and both have the same use now !
