I have had a plan with Foresters for 12 years now and only just had to contact them today.
The young lady I spoke with whose name is Laura Rowe was perfect. The fact the name itself has ‘friendly’ in the title is an understatement. She was pitch perfect. Her tone of voice was exceptional. Really cared and I could have stayed on the phone for ages.
She dealt with my query with speed and accuracy. Knew exactly what I wanted even before I did. What a legend! I hope this compliment gets back to her because she made my day. Thank you Laura!
