Although the company offers engraving service, it will say that it doesn't, if they ship the goods earlier than normal. When they are asked to explain, they will provide all sorts of contradictory explanations. They won't pay for returns, thus forcing customer to accept the goods as they are or to incur substantial postage charges for fragile goods.
