Terrible experience & company keep well away! Returned a dress that does not fit with all labels & original receipt. Heard nothing 3 weeks on then today, received dress back in post with note “not for forever unique” this is an absolute conn. Taking up with independent ombudsman as can never get through to this terrible company.
