Purchased a suit, it was much too large when it arrived so sent it back the next day, so we’ll within return period. It was delivered to them on 06/02/23, received email to acknowledge return on 07/02/23 saying would take 14 working days for refund. As yet still haven’t received a refund (today is 06/03/22) and there has been no reply to my emails. Messenger not accepting messages on Facebook, tried calling no answer. Will be reporting to trading standards.
