I am still waiting for a refund 6 weeks after they have received my order back that was sent back to them immediately as it was too big still with labels attached. They acknowledged they had received it back by email . They are ignoring any emails and when phoning them on their premium number or standard rate number the phone cuts off and says they are busy. How are they still trading when they are ignoring customers and keeping our money !
