I am still waiting for a refund 8 weeks after they have received my order back in to the warehouse, which they sent me an acknowledged email back . They emailed me 2 weeks ago advising that they are extremely busy due to the high return volume back in to the warehouse but I should have my money in my account in 5 working days. Oh NO just checked still no money another email sent what a surprise they are really busy . This company is a joke
