Echoing all the other reviews, this company is awful. Waited 3 months on a refund and thats only because Klarna chased them up after I paused payment to them. Exchanged so many emails to them and went through and online resolver company to get generic responses back. Pity because their clothing is beautiful and great quality. All I can say is, if you're ordering, make sure your positive of the fit so you don't need to deal with any returns
