Awful customer service. The items are nice but I've had problems with both of my orders. The first order they sent me a large jacket when I asked for a medium and was later to find out they sent large on purpose because they ran out of medium. Then my second order I had a pair of jeans with the stitching falling apart below the zip. Emailed customer service and I had the send 2 emails to get one reply then they stopped replying altogether. Sent more emails and still no reply
