Poor customer service
I’m genuinely disappointed with my recent online purchase. I previously received a similar product as a gift that lasted over a year, it was high quality, durable, and extremely comfortable. Naturally, when it broke, I decided to buy a new one myself. Unfortunately, I ended up ordering the wrong item, and it doesn’t fit or serve its purpose for me at all.
I reached out to customer service hoping for a simple solution, I offered to keep the incorrect item and asked if I could receive a small discount to reorder the correct one, avoiding the hassle of the return process. Instead, I was told no. The return policy is frustrating: I’d need to print out paperwork, visit the post office, and pay for shipping, all for an item that was just the wrong size.
