The biggest draw for me is the absence of commissions. When you trade frequently, those fees add up fast, so it’s refreshing to keep more of my profits. Also, execution speed is solid—no lag, even when the market is volatile. At the same time, the design is a bit outdated, and some features take too many clicks to access. A bit of streamlining would go a long way. Also, customer support is a hit or miss—sometimes quick, other times painfully slow. If they step up their service game, this could be a serious competitor to the big names. Other than that, a great option for active traders.
