What annoys me most is not that something doesn't work, but that everything works, but almost. You see, it's not completely broken that forces you to leave - but it's not perfect to stay either. The constant "well, almost." Almost user-friendly interface, almost responsive support, almost flexible customization. You constantly feel like you're missing something, and it's exhausting. It doesn't seem to be a money screwup, but it's mentally crushing. Especially when you look at simpler platforms that don't blow your mind. It's like a renovation room: the walls are standing, but it's impossible to live. If I had known in advance, I would have stayed away from this.
