Well, how to explain... it feels like the platform wasn't made all the way through. I mean, the basis is working. I don't argue, execution of trades is ok, liquidity is there, the instruments are more or less the same. But everything else is just chaos. The interface is obsolete, registration is long, support does not respond. In reality, when you need something urgently, you just have nowhere to turn. I'm not talking about the lack of metatrader. Why give it up at all? For the sake of principle? You end up feeling isolated. You have to force yourself to trade. The platform doesn't give you a high, it just exists. And, in my opinion, that's the worst thing you can say about any product.
