I bought this product to strengthen my hair and nails. In just 6 weeks the difference was noticeable. However the most exciting unexpected side effect has been a massive improvement in the arthritis in my hands and arm. The swelling and pain have all but disappeared and I am able to use my hands without pain for the first time in years. I have made no other changes except taking Forza collagen so firmly believe it is the product that has made the difference.
