This shaker is.... OK. It does the job but you gotta make sure that tops on properly as just screwing it in place doesn't work so well, instead you need to line it up and push it down till it clicks. Then screw it the rest of the way.
Keep an eye on the seal in the lid too because if it pops out just a little; you're going to get shake on you.
I think the protruding plastic on the top is pointless and gets in the way.
However, it's better than the other 2 I have owned and it mixes the shakes really well and I use it everyday.
