I have to admit I am hooked on the Caramel Latte stir & slim and am having it everyday for breakfast and lunch, and a small dinner in the evening.
I am losing weight slow and steady, which I don't mind to much about as long as it's coming off. I have recently purchased 39 box's to keep me going until my holiday as we are off for 9 weeks so I won't run out.
