Tried this over Christmas and haven't put on any weight. It actually has worked, really astonished and pleased. I thought it would help me lose weight but it actually helped me burn the food I was eating which was handy because I was a pig and I did actually go to the gym twice between Christmas and new year. 5 stars for sure
