This meal replacement shake is great. I drink two a day to help me lose weight. There were a few times I drank it for breakfast and dinner but that didn't work for me because I ended up having trouble falling sleep later on. So now I stick with breakfast and lunch. The flavours do taste good. I must admit I do have to add a bit more water than recommended on the packaging because there would still be lumps but that's no problem. I've almost been on the diet for three weeks now and I can't wait to see my results when I'm done.
