Forza is really helping me with my weight control while I am on the 5:2 diet. Unfortunately I am tempted to eat extra cake etc on the 5 days so I am still far from a size zero. But thanks Forza and Michael Moseley for the best/most effective diet I've tried so far in my long dieting life..
