These are easy to take, come in a nice box that looks very professional and genuine. I was assured that the product is genuine and high quality but I can't say I really noticed any particular effects. I have also been taking greens as a powder and I will say that it is much less annoying to ingest the nutrients in the form of these capsules, but as I say I don't know if they really had any drastic effect.
