The idea of this product is that it expands in the stomach, making you feel less hungry. To get the benefit of these you need to take 6 a day, two before each meal, with a large glass of water. I have found that I am not getting quite so hungry between meals. It is important to remember though that you still need to follow a healthy diet and do some exercise. These are not a miracle pill that you take and the weight drops off. What these will do is to give you a bit more willpower as they take the edge off of your appetite. These are quite a safe and gentle capsule to take to help you. Unlike a lots of weight loss remedies, they do not make you feel jittery and keep you awake at night. Basically these are fibre, and fibre swells and fills you up a bit. Unfortunately these have done nothing for my cravings,so I still need willpower !
