Whilst I have tried many products on the market before, I was intrigued to find that this one did NOT contain caffeine. I am fairly sensitive to stimulants and so it was great to see that a diet company has actually produced a weight loss supplement with this in mind. Overall, very impressed with the results, I felt a difference in myself as I wasn't feeling hungry between meals not did I feel the urge to snack. Definitely recommend this product to those looking to lose some pounds!
