I, like many people, are sceptical of the claims of diet companies. FORZA were impressively efficient, customer service, excellent. The shakes are a reasonable price, and we bought some thermogenic caps also. I feel, well, no cravings, the shakes are easy to mix, and losing weight easily. Overall very good products, and I recommend this product and the company for anyone trying to lose a few pounds or more. Enjoy!
