I've only been doing the shakes for 3 days, on my 4th day now and the results are incredible. All my clothes are baggier and I never feel bloated. The shakes taste delicious, I'm not normally a fan of sweet drinks but these are too tasty to say no to. I would recommend this product to everyone - really good buy!
