I have tried other products from this brand and I thought that I would give this food supplement from Regime London a try because the results of the clinical study on the capsules as seen on Amazon look very encouraging, and I have had good results using another of their products. This seems like a very easy way to improve both the look of your skin & to look younger, and who doesn't want that? There are 120 capsules in the pack & as you need to take four a day (two at lunch & the another two after tea with a full glass of water each time) the pack will last about a month. The capsules do not smell of anything & do not repeat on you at all. The capsules contain MSM (methylsulfonylmethane which is an organic sulfur compound) which has been proved to improve both your complexion & the health of your skin. It is also good for your hair & nails, for energy, healing, to detoxify your body & as an anti inflammatory. They also contain a couple of other things but look to be suitable for vegetarians as the capsule shell is made from cellulose. They are packed in a clear plastic screw top tub that comes in a card box. The pack etc looks stylish & high end, the sort of thing they sell you in spas. I have taken MSM supplements in various forms in the past as I do really think it helps beauty, particularly hair growth. I notice my hair grows twice as fast when I take this on a regular basis.
