As someone who can not stand green smoothies, kale or most of the new "super foods" that help de-tox this are a good way of getting these wonder foods in my diet.
They are quite a large tablet to swallow so need a drink to help them down ( no vodka allowed! ;) ) and I have had no unpleasant side effects at all.
As for feeling better, well having cut down on refined sugar and rubbish I had an initial lull and no feel all the better for it and these are no doubt helping with that too.
