I have just ordered the 3 for 2 of the larger packs from Boots and have my fingers crossed I will lose some inches.
BUT - am I looking at the nutrition information wrongly? Each 55g pack has a sugar content of 25.9g, I thought women should only have 25g of sugar in one day!
Please advise as I was hoping to have two of these per day!!
Asda's own make is 17g and Slimfast Ready to drink - Vanilla Cream Shake only 1g??
