Absolutely love these shakes. I've found letting them stand for a few minutes after making them taste best. Started these a week ago now and already lost 5lbs with a calorie intake of 1200 per day. Tried many diets before to no avail. This one really seems to suit me and I'm never hungry. Thanks Forza xx
