I have only been using the new T6 ultra for a few days but already 'my need for food' has dropped! In the past i have used the T5 blacks and found they worked really well for me but now these T6 are even better!! If you are looking to 'lose a little weight' then i would recommend you try these. (check the ingredients and if unsure then ask your doctor for advise) but so far these are working for me.
