Me personally they don’t full you up so by saying it replaces your meal then I still find myself hungry.
The shakes taste amazing I love the flavour quite sweet that I was happy about as I love sweet things but the texture of the shake it’s horrible I find myself taking ages to actually drink it seems like it isn’t desolving proper but over all I’d say their ok I can’t see myself sticking to the plan would be different if they made me feel full they were worth a try tho
