Amazing shakes, they’re so flavoursome even with just adding water! I love all the flavours, I’m only in my first week and have lost 7 pounds already with two shakes and a healthy no carb meal in the evening! Thank you Forza, I’ll be going on holiday feeling confident this year! Especially with losing 3 stone already this takes me to 3.5 stone - will be ordering more shakes for another 2 weeks
