Fantastic meal replacements. They are by far the nicest I have tried and they have added protine too. You don't have to mix them with milk I mix with water and ice cubes and they are still tasty and creamy. The caramel latte is my fave but I have 5 different flavours so I don't get bored, I love how they have a large selection of tasty flavour options
