It was very difficult to make an order using the internet and they would not accept an order over the telephone. This absurd situation needs to be addressed. Apart from that I have no complaints. The product I purchased was good and it arrived promptly. In fact I believe it was dispatched within a few hours of their receiving my order. The price was also attractive.
So if they improve the ordering web site or offer the facility of telephone orders I would have no hesitation in recommending them.
