One item was unavailable, for which I was refunded. I also paid for first class delivery so that I could have the film in time for my holiday. It was estimated to arrive on the 10th, but arrived over a week later! Fortunately, I found an Impossible film reseller in Paris to purchase some film, but it was at considerable inconvenience.
Should I not hear back after leaving this feedback, I'll be making a request for a refund of postage at the very least, as the extra £4 or so that I spent to have the film arrive on time was quite pointless. My contact address is: harryharrylee@yahoo.co.uk
