I admit to feeling wary as I'd read some poor reviews about Fotosense, but all was fine.
I scratched my head as to how they could sell the tripod concerned much cheaper than elsewhere, and half expected it to be used or at least shop soiled. However, not only did it arrive very quickly but it was brand new. So a big thumbs to Fotosense up from me.
