This is the second time I have bought binoculars from Fotosense. Both times I have received excellent advice to help me ensure that the purchase would suit my needs even to being given the customer service number at Viking to help me with that decision making process.
Both times my bins have arrived promptly , well packaged and ready to go.
I won't lie, I was attracted to the company by their keen pricing but would use them again for the excellent service, even if that cost me a bit more. As a retailer I trust them.
Highly recommended.
