I was delivered the right product for the agreed price. The courier kept in touch with me via text and did exactly what they said they would. They also gave me options to change the delivered time and date or I could pick my tripod up at the local depot if I wanted.
I am very happy with the tripod and am looking forward to using it. I would use fotosense again.
