Living in the North of Scotland always poses delivery issues and I was glad to see that Fotosense use Parcel Force and the Post Office as they provide a very good service for the area in which I live. I ordered some Barr & Stroud 10x50ED binoculars on Wednesday morning, they were dispatched Wednesday PM so I did not expect them until Friday at the earliest. They arrived on Thursday but I was not at home but this was no problem as I collected them from the local delivery office on Friday. It is really refreshing to see a company perform so well and with such speed and along with the Post Office they deserve the rating I have given. The only fault I would say is that the air cushion packing had lost all of its air so was pretty useless but the binoculars are fine as they are designed to take some punishment in the field so a good test to their robustness. I have used other companies for my requirements in the past but on this experience I cannot fault Fotosense. Absolutely excellant, thank you.
